Classifier models
Easy to use, AI-powered and disease-specific machine learning based models.
Classifier models developed with scientific experts and Key Opinion Leaders
Qlucore works with scientific experts to develop disease specific classifier models for stratification. Our machine learning (AI) based classifiers are combined with user-friendly visualizations in an easy-to-use and cost-effective software solution.
Our first application area is acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and development is ongoing for classification models for:
-
Breast cancer
-
Lung cancer
-
Glioma
-
Bladder cancer
The availability of classifier models depend on the software that is being used, the research use only approved Qlucore Insights or Qlucore Diagnostics which is planned to be approved according to IVDR. Not all models are available for both solutions.

Visualization-based clinical reporting

Classifier models are combined with first class gene fusion analysis support and are complemented with flexible visualizations which put the sample in context with reference data by using known cases of the disease.
Complementing the clinical reports with easy-to-interpret visualizations improves the interpretation and communication between a molecular genetics lab and users.
Visualizations are simple to include in your report to aid decision making.
Now in frontline labs: Classifier model for leukemia.
Frontline gene expression based subtype classification in combination with comprehensive gene fusion analysis for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
Including gene expression subtype classification of following B-cell leukemias
1. High hyperdiploidy
2. ETV6/RUNX1 + ETV6/RUNX1-like
3. KMT2A(MLL)-rearranged (MLL)
4. TCF3/PBX1
5. BCR/ABL1 + BCR/ABL1-like
6. DUX4-rearranged
