By performing statistical analysis in Qlucore Omics Explorer, you can quickly identify a list of genes, proteins etc with significant differences between relevant disease or treatment groups. To further investigate these genes and proteins you easily copy and paste the list into MetaCore™ for further examination and to learn more about the biological pathways and processes in the data.
