Qlucore Insights have a modular structure with the main program and disease specific tests (models). The models support both gene expression based subtype classification as well as gene fusion analysis. The main ouput are the subtyping results in a comprehensive report.

Qlucore Insights is now available with four cancer tests (models): two models in the space of Leukemia – BCP-ALL and AML, and two in the space of solid tumors – lung and urothelial cancer. The subtyping uses modern AI-based technologies.

The models plug into the Qlucore Insight platform and create one unified solution for the lab to manage a range of tumor types.  The wet lab workflow is similar in all cases and based on Illumina RNA-seq kits, and the bioinformatic pipeline uses state of the art open-source tools. Results are presented in a comprehensive report including probabilities, quality data as well as supportive visualizations in 3D.

The main program is available for both Windows and Mac and the models work in both environments.
