The new version adds functionality for enhanced biomarker discovery, easier analysis, and further improvements in visualization. This video focus on the new Biomarker Workbench and the ChIP-seq functionality. Other new areas to the software are the extensive upgrade of available statistical tests and easier set-up of tests, the integrated ATAC-seq support, visualization of gene fusions in the Genome Browser and the improved visualizations and new plots, such as a Pie chart.
