Newsletter: Integration with MetaCore enables discovery research with easy workflow
Combining Qlucore Omics Explorer and MetaCore makes it easier to gain biological insights
We are delighted to announce a strategic partnership between Qlucore and Clarivate which allow us to offer our customers the opportunity to easily gain deeper biological insights.
By combining Qlucore Omics Explorer (QOE) and MetaCore, users will be able to analyze huge amounts of complex omics data in QOE, filter out relevant signals, visualize results in different plots, copy the resulting list of genes, proteins or metabolites into MetaCore and then continue the analysis to rationalize the biological processes behind that data - all in one straightforward workflow.

Upcoming webinar and live demonstration:
"Investigating the Molecular Mechanism of T-cell Infiltration and Survival in Breast Cancer"
Date: October 14th, 2021
Time: 16:00 GMT (+1)
Summary: Tumor cells can be detected and eliminated by the immune system, mediated by cells such as natural killer cells, dendritic cells and CD4+ T-cells. To exert their effect, immune cells leave the blood stream and migrate towards the tumor; and the presence of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) has been associated with better prognosis after chemotherapy.
In this webinar we will use Qlucore Omics Explorer and MetaCore to investigate the molecular mechanisms behind CD4+ T-cell infiltration in breast tumors by:
- Using QOE to identify differentially expressed genes and export them to MetaCore
- Exploring the biological processes likely to play a role in CD4+ T-cell tumor infiltration in Metacore
- Hypothesizing potential biomarkers of survival in breast cancer
