Basic Training: Get started analyzing data
Free online hands-on training. Learn how to easily analyze your experiment data yourself. This is an introduction on how you can explore and analyze experiment data using a highly visual and interactive tool in a number of hands-on exercises. You do not need any previous experience with Qlucore Omics Explorer. Course material and a training license will be sent out prior to the course. Training begins at 2 pm CET (1 pm GMT).
Advanced Training Hands-on
This course requires that you have some familiarity with Qlucore Omics Explorer already. Exercises will cover Two-way Analysis, Paired t-test and how to use eliminated factors to remove influence of one or more covariates. We will also do an exercise using the Biomarker Workbench which supports analysis in batch mode and quickly helps finding the strongest signals in a dataset. And finally an exercise on GSEA – to find enriched pathways for your genes of interest.
Webinars: Investigating the molecular mechanisms of aristolochic acid-induced kidney toxicity
Aristolochic acids are a group of toxins found in the Aristolochia (birthwort, pipevine) plant species. They are an ingredient in some folk medicines for treating inflammatory disorders, however, they are nephrotoxic and carcinogenic. In this webinar we will demonstrate how Qlucore Omics Explorer and MetaCore can be used to investigate the molecular mechanisms behind aristolochic acid I – induced kidney toxicity. Webinar begins at 3 pm CET (2 pm GMT, 10 am EST).

Webinar: Biomarker workbench and Statistical analysis
In this webinar we will present the Qlucore Biomarker Workbench, an easy way to execute many statistical tests in batch mode and identify the most interesting signals. It is also possible to quickly identify correlations between sample annotations , very useful if you have many clinical annotations that you would like to investigate. Webinar begins at 3 pm CET (2 pm GMT, 10 am EST).
