Qlucore Newsletter: Easy and Simple Stratification and Classification of Tumor Samples using Qlucore Insights

Discover the transformative potential of AI-based (machine learning) classifiers in the stratification and classification of tumor samples using transcriptomics data.

Join Us for Qlucore’s Free European Lunch Seminars This Fall! The program include:

Real-world case-study, leukemia (BCP-ALL): Explore how Rigshospitalet Copenhagen, Denmark use Qlucore Insights on leukemia (BCP-ALL).

New model for Lung Cancer: Classify lung lesions in lung cancer sub-types as well as the identification of the origin of metastases. Hands-on live software demonstration.

Qlucore Insights enables disease specific subtype classification and first-class gene fusion analysis support of individual samples. In a simple workflow, RNA-seq data is used as input to generate plots and reports based on gene expression-based classification and gene fusion detection. The software serves as a platform where users can select different models for analysis. These models integrate into the Qlucore Insight platform, creating a unified solution for managing a range of tumor types. The wet lab workflow is consistent across samples (based on Illumina RNA-seq kits) and the bioinformatic pipeline uses state-of-the-art open-source tools. Qlucore Insights is a research use only software.

In February 2025 we plan to have CE-marked Qlucore Diagnostics (BCP-ALL), a tool for diagnostics.

Get more and better answers from your data. Do not miss this opportunity to enhance your understanding and application of Qlucore Insights.
