Version 3.11 is launched

Qlucore Omics Explorer (QOE) version 3.11 is launched. This release places special focus on tools and functionality that make proteomics analysis easier and faster. The use of proteomics data is expanding rapidly, driven by precision medicine and biomarker discovery.  

Qlucore Omics Explorer 3.11 introduces several new and useful features. Easier and faster data imports support more complex analyses, leveraging the wide range of statistical and visualization tools already available in the program. New functionality includes improved data preparation, pre‑filtering, expanded normalization options, more flexible labels in 2D plots, and enhanced 3D plots. The updated workflows also make it simple to utilize the powerful Biomarker Workbench to identify biomarkers in complex datasets.
