Expand analysis into new types of data

New problems and challenges may require a new approach. One option is to combine data from multiple technologies and experiments.

Scientists use Qlucore Omics Explorer to analyze a wide variety of data types. At www.qlucore.com you can see a summary of all published articles where Qlucore software has been used. Examples of data types are:

• Antibodies
• Aroma compound concentrations
• Cytokine data
• DNA-Methylation
• Gene expression (array)
• Gene expression (RNA-seq)
• MicroRNA
• Protein expression
• Clinical data - various

Qlucore Omics Explorer includes functionality that makes it easy to work with multiple data sets. Simply open the data sets you would like to work with. For each data set you can have as many plots open as you like. To transfer information between the datasets you use lists (files). For sample related information it is sample annotations that are shared between the data sets. For variables it is variable lists.
