Biomarker Workbench for set up of multiple statistical tests

The Biomarker workbench in Qlucore Omics Explorer is optimized for drug development and biomarker discovery and it makes advanced set up of statistical analysis easy and accessible for the user.

This video shows how to set up multiple tests in batch mode and results are presented in tables with a lot of information which can be further analyzed, visualized or exported in structured report.

The workbench is also used as well to investigate correlations between sample annotations which is typically useful working with large sets of clinical information.
