The latest version of Qlucore Omics Explorer includes the necessary tools and methods to efficiently import, normalize and analyze data from various Olink panels. Through simplified import and normalization, you get access to the full visualization and statistical power of the program also for Olink data. Use for instance the powerful Biomarker Workbench to identify biomarkers.

Olink offers several panels and preprocessing software options. Qlucore support many of these. Examples are:

  • Files exported from Olink® NPX Signature software and Olink® NPX Map software (as an example Olink® Reveal data)
  • The NPX files exported from the Olink NPX Manager, for Olink® Target 48 / 96 panels.
