Webinar: Qlucore Omics Explorer. Multi-Omics and correlation between RNA-seq and Methylation data

In this webinar, we will import a multi-omics dataset in which both methylation and transcriptome data have been measured. We will perform a discriminant analysis to identify differences between groups and conduct both positive and negative correlation analyses to determine which methylation islands are associated with the discriminating RNA transcripts.
