Data import

Qlucore Insights uses three types of data files:

  1. The sample data file that describes the specific sample. See example
  2. The whole transcriptomic data file. The file shall be according to xxx and how the file should be generated and pre-processed is described by documents related to each model.
  3. The gene fusion file(s). These can be generated with a combination of tools such as Ariba, Manta, FusionCatcher and Starfusion.
