Interesting scientific articles in high impact journals

We are pleased to report a substantial increase in the number of peer-reviewed articles during the last year in which Qlucore Omics Explorer is referenced.

Since its launch Qlucore Omics Explorer has been very popular for publications as its visual approach makes it very easy to generate and present great results. A wide selection of plot types and configuration options helps the user to do this.

Some of the interesting scientific results are published in:

  • Abnormalities in human pluripotent cells due to reprogramming mechanisms, Nature, 2014,
  • Functional Analysis via Standardized Whole-Blood Stimulation Systems Defines the Boundaries of a Healthy Immune Response to Complex Stimuli, Immunity, 2014
  • IL-6 Controls Leukemic Multipotent Progenitor Cell Fate and Contributes to Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia Development, Cancer Cell, 2011,

Well over 200 publications span a broad number of areas, from different types of human data such as digital gene expression (RNA-seq), gene expression, microRNA, proteins and DNA methylation to data from plants such as potatoes and wine stocks.
