Explore new presentation techniques in version 2.3

Presenting and visualizing Omics data is becoming more and more important
to ensure high quality data analysis and research. Qlucore Omics Explorer
version 2.3 includes a new range of visualization options. In this newsletter
we will share some of this new functionality with you.

The basic functionality offered by innovative dynamic principal component
analysis (PCA) visualization combined with synchronized plots is still
included. The new plot types are 2D focused to make data presentation easier
in publications, reports and other documents.

Qlucore Omics Explorer 2.3 includes the following new or upgraded 2D plot
types:

• Heatmap plot. Full flexibility in selecting order and clustering method. It is now
  possible to visualize multiple sample annotations with only one
  mouse-click which aids discovery of new patterns. 
• Scatter plot. Plot samples or variables. One or
  multiple plots.
• Box plot. Directly show how data is grouped for one or multiple variables
• Line plot. Focus on the behavior of a few samples or variables.
• Histogram. Check the distribution of your data.
