New video tutorials speed up learning!

With six new video tutorials, it's faster than ever before to get up and running with Qlucore Omics Explorer! The video tutorials include topics both for new and experienced users. These video tutorials complement our written documentation and webinars. You can watch them on our website and on YouTube.

The tutorials are all based on the newest version of Qlucore Omics Explorer - 3.2, an exciting release with functionality that helps you to analyze data more freely by adding:

• extensive classifier capabilities
• unsupervised clustering
• bar plot, Kaplan-Meier plot

Use the new k-means clustering option to generate unsupervised groupings of data. The k-means clustering nicely complements the hierarchical clustering and the PCA plot. 

Use the Build classifier option (Support Vector Machines, Random trees and kNN are supported) to get new insights into which variables best model your data.
