The ever-increasing pace in new scientific findings and their applications to healthcare involve classification and stratification guidelines which are based on a myriad of molecular tests. This creates an ongoing challenge for health care professionals to stay up to date.

As an example, there are more than 1000 gene fusions believed to impact cancer and new ones are likely to be discovered. The importance of staying up to date is underscored by the fact that more targeted treatments connected to distinct molecular features are added to the arsenal of treatment options available on a regular basis.

Qlucore Insights combines AI enabled gene expression subtype classification with gene fusion analysis, classifying tumor samples into subgroups based on WHO and ICC classification guidelines.
