Analyze gene fusions in Gene Fusion Workbench

The gene fusion analysis support in Qlucore Omics Explorer enables fast and easy analysis and visualization of detected gene fusions in a research setting. The fusions can be thoroughly examined in the genome browser and easily visualized with Circle plots.

Moreover, the program is shipped with the Mitelman and the Tumor Fusion reference data bases. The gene fusion workbench enables flexible analysis of detected fusion genes and it is included as an integrative part of the NGS module in Qlucore Omics Explorer.
