Genomic Analysis

In this webinar we demonstrate how to work with the NGS Project Manager in Qlucore Omics Explorer and the integrated Genome browser. We look at Variant Calling, visualizing samples and reference information (using project info in BAM, vcf, gtf and bed files), filtering based on read coverage, genomic regions, SNVs and also visualizing Gene Fusion information.
