Tumor cells can be detected and eliminated by the immune system, mediated by cells such as natural killer cells, dendritic cells and CD4+ T-cells. To exert their effect, immune cells leave the blood stream and migrate towards the tumor; and the presence of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) has been associated with better prognosis after chemotherapy.  In this webinar we will use Qlucore Omics Explorer and MetaCore to investigate the molecular mechanisms behind CD4+ T-cell infiltration in breast tumors and demonstrate how this is done.
