Webinar: Qlucore Omics Explorer - Multi-omics data analysis combining transcriptomics and proteomics

In this webinar, we will combine transcriptomics and proteomics data and demonstrate how you can quickly identify correlations between genes and proteins. Multi-omics data analysis approaches enable a better understanding of the system under study. We will demonstrate the use of the Biomarker Workbench by using protein values from one dataset as sample annotations (factors) in a second dataset (genes) to do regression analysis and generate correlation values as well as significance.
